What the blend contains

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a medicinal mushroom traditionally used in East Asian medicine. Its constituents include triterpenoids and polysaccharides, and Reishi products are commonly marketed as extracts or tinctures. However, evidence for many claimed health benefits remains limited, and herbal products can interact with medicines.

Psilocybe azurescens is a psilocybin-containing mushroom. Research has found that it can contain psilocybin, psilocin and other indole alkaloids, with substantial variation in concentrations. A recent controlled cultivation study also found species- and growing-condition differences in psychoactive compound concentrations.
